We have used them for years, all of their technicians are first class. They have always taken care of us when we've had emergencies. We have our own business, and called them on Easter weekend because there was water coming out through the concrete in our parking lot. They called us right back and said they would be out later. They got us a temporary line so we could have water in our building Monday, and came back out after that to replace the piping. They did a great job. They have done a lot of work on our house as well. more

They were awesome. 3/21/2013

We're trying to get into our house right now, and the city we live in requires a lot of strange permits. We could not get a permit to live in our new house because our master shower wasn't working. We have high tech DTV shower, and no one in the entire Houston area knew how to fix it besides Milton Frank. They were awesome, they programmed it for me. I am very happy with the service, they are life savers. more

Thank You Milton Frank Plumbing . . . espeically Stephen Cordell. My kitchen faucet was leaking from any available opening. Steve fixed it to perfection Friday right before our St. Paddy's party on Sunday night. Today Steve installed our full house water filter system. Imagine clean, drinking water out of the faucet. They did the job right but it was expensive. 3/6/2013

Milton Frank Plumbing got the job done right away and quickly but it was expensive. I had a backup into the house from the sewer system. I called some other plumbers to come out but they gave me some bad advice so I didn't trust them to finish the job. That's when I called Milton Frank Plumbing. They waived the consultation fee for me and came right out. They gave me a different solution that ended up costing less than the other plumbers had said but it was still expensive to replace the sewer main. They knocked it out in 3 days. They did a good job and I would recommend them. more

Home Re-Piping Job 2/27/2013

Milton Frank Plumbing replaced all of the pipes in our house during the week of February 18. For such an extensive job Ramon and Timothy were very well organized and professional. They were very careful to minimize the cuts in the walls to access the pipes. If they encountered problems, they did not make a fuss about them. They proceeded to solve the problems and kept the job in the anticipated time frame. The job was completed on time. We were very pleased with what they did and the way they carried out the job. Our plumbing is working fine! We highly recommend your company, which we have used for years, for repiping. The wallboard repair was included in the project and pricing. That worked out perfectly for us. Jesse and his men did an exceptional job on repairing the cuts in the wallboard. The repairs blend perfectly, and there is no way to tell there were cuts in the walls. We thank all of you at Milton Frank Plumbing for the fine work. The customer service you provide is exceptional! more

Milton Frank completely re-piped our whole house, and everything turned out very nicely. We were very pleased, they did the job fairly quickly and were neat and cleaned up after themselves. The workers were courteous and pleasant to have in the house. more

They have done everything from changing faucets, to whole-house filters, to hot water heaters. They've done everything for us and they always do it well. We even have a favorite person there. more

I am very happy with Milton Frank Plumbing, they couldn't be better. Everyone they sent was most courteous, very experienced and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about them. They are always prompt and efficient. They come back when I need them to, no matter what. One time, they sent a gentleman to my house at 11:30pm on a Saturday night to fix the water heater leaking from the attic. The man was so nice you would think I was giving him a birthday present. They then came back on a Sunday afternoon to install a new water heater. What a great company. more

Exceptional 1/28/2013

I am so pleased because my husband and I had called a competitor the day before, and after we waited a couple hours they called and told us they couldn't even make it. So I called Milton Frank Plumbing that night. They called my back before 8 am, gave me the first call appointment and were at my house at 8:30 am. Daniel came out and did a great job, diagnosed the problem and fixed everything by 9:30. I was able to get to work in good time, and was very happy with their service. I had used them a long time ago and had a pleasant experience then too. They are top-notch. more
