Pleased with recent AC work 5/18/2018

We have used Milton Frank and their predecessor Banner Air for our air conditioning and heating needs for more than 15 years. Turnover among their technicians seems to be very low- they are all longer term employees who we have gotten to know and learned to trust. They are all good communicators, knowledgeable and extremely polite. Charlie Ray has worked with us for our most recent AC issues. He is outstanding. He listens well, communicates well and has creatively problem solved specific issues with us about our units and provided different pricing alternatives in an effort to accommodate our needs. AC/heating repairs and replacements are not cheap with any company. Milton Frank's pricing seems competitive although I have not shopped our AC/Heating work with other companies in many years because I trust MF's technicians and their reputation for personal customized service for our units. more

They're First Rate 5/14/2018

The folks at Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling are able to respond on the same day that you call. They are courteous all the way from the initial phone conversation to the repairman at the door. They always keep us up to date on what they were doing and they fix whatever issues they find. Recently we had a toilet worked on that needed to be replaced and also had a hot water heater put in. I would use their service again without a doubt. They're first rate, no complaints. more

Great Experience, Excellent Services! 4/26/2018

I recently went to Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling to have some repair work done on the HVAC system in my home and was quite pleased with how well the work from them went. The people who came out from Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling were very friendly and professional while they were here getting the work done and were able to get the HVAC system working again quickly and without any issues, the unit has been in great working order since their work was completed. All in all, I am quite pleased with how well the work from Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling went, I will definitely continue to use their services and I highly recommend them. more

I have been using the services from Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling for a couple years now and have been quite satisfied with how the work from them has gone. I recently had them come out to do a check on the HVAC system in my home and was quite pleased with how friendly and knowledgeable the workers were while they were here. The maintenance check went well and everything has been in good working order since the work was completed. All in all, I am quite pleased with how well the work from Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling went, I will definitely continue to use them and I highly recommend their services. more

I Find Them Trustworthy 3/28/2018

Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling has been out to do work on a number of different things. They worked on the sink and put in a garbage disposal. Last year they worked on our air conditioner when it broke. They did a repair on that so they didn't have to replace the whole thing. Then at the end of last year they put in a water heater for us. I go back to them again and again because I like the service people. They're clean cut, pleasant, and if you ask a question they give you a straight answer. I just find them trustworthy. They've done good work for me and it's appeared to me to be well priced. more

Great First Experience. 3/20/2018

I recently used Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling for the first time and I was very impressed with how the service went. The staff replaced a hot water heater for me and I was very happy with how everything turned out. Based on this service, I would recommend this company to other people. I appreciate the fair pricing and how professional and friendly the staff was. I found everyone very easy to communicate with. I don't think that the company has anything to improve on. more

Everything Matches and It Looks Very Nice 2/27/2018

I ordered some items for my bathroom from Milton Frank Plumbing and Cooling. I've bought bathroom fixtures and other accessories from them. They didn't do the installation because I had the guy who was remodeling my bathroom put the products in. Everything matches and it looks very nice. Natalia would call me whenever my items came in and they're always nice. The store is always clean and they really went out of their way to accommodate me. If they didn't have anybody in the storefront, they'd open up the store for me so I could pick up my items. They even let me call them on a Saturday to come pick up, which a lot of stores wouldn't do. You get what you pay for and I bought really nice stuff, so I paid for it but the prices didn't seem out of line. more

They Responded Well to Our Unusual Circumstances 2/23/2018

The folks from Milton Frank Plumbing and Cooling communicated well throughout our work together. We had some unusual circumstances that they had to deal with and they responded to it well. The work met our requirements and worked out well. I didn't do a lot of comparison shopping for this job. We decided to do business together and moved ahead. I thought the cost was expensive but competitive. They had done some routine plumbing for us in the past and I was satisfied with their work, which is why I went back to them. I think that when you're doing extensive remodeling the quality of the contacts you have are sometimes even more important than the quality of work. Presenting things in a businesslike manner is a not easy and they did a good job with that. more

Excellent Service, Would Recommend 2/21/2018

I would highly recommend Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling to other people. I have used this company to do work for my hot water heater and the staff has been able to fix the issue each time that I needed them to. The staff has come out on an emergency basis and they performed each service very well. The technicians have always been excellent and I would use them for future jobs. Even though the cost is always a factor, the staff members come out in a timely manner (the same day that I call) and the quality of their work always meets my expectations. more

How service is supposed to be 2/16/2018

I had been using a company for my HVAC maintenance and service for over 20 years when Milton Frank bought them. I was anxious about the change. Milton Frank has been servicing my system for a few years now and I cannot speak more highly of their service, technicians, and customer service. I had an urgent request today and they showed up within an hour. The technician that came out was one I had Loved and respected when he was with the old company tha was bought. I had not seen him since the transition. I asked him how the transition had been and he said it was great company. He said they really treated their customers and employees great. He kept me updated on my situation with my unit all along the repair process. He had to go through the house to the back yard several times and always stopped and put shoe covers on when he came in. This iis how all service companies should operate. I highly recommend Milton Frank Plumbing and Cooling. more

Good Customer Service, But High Pricing 2/12/2018

I have been using Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling for about 15 years now, and overall, I would recommend this company to other people. I have used the company for many projects, such as replacing water heaters and doing work on faucets. I think that the prices for their service are much higher than that of their competitors. There are some technicians who are very knowledgeable, and there are others who are not. However, I would say that their customer service is excellent. When I call the company, the people who answer are very good and polite. more

I've Never Had Anything But a Positive Experience 1/17/2018

We've used Milton Frank Plumbing and Cooling for quite a few years to work on several different things. When they say they're going to come they are there on time. When they get there, they tell you what the problem is and how they're going to fix it. They fix the problem and clean up after themselves. I've never had anything other than a positive experience with them and I can't recommend them more highly. They send out different people every time and it seems like each time they are just as good as the people who came out the last time. more

Polite and Competent! 1/16/2018

I hired Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling to replace a leaking toilet, recently, and it was, overall, a very good experience. To be honest, they were a bit expensive (I've had similar work done, before, and remember it costing quite a bit less), but they did have truly excellent service. They were timely and and competent and I don't have any complaints, at all, about their work. They did an excellent job and were definitely worth recommending! more

Great Service. 1/11/2018

Whenever I have any issues Milton Frank Plumbing and Cooling is there to save the day! Recently we were having some trouble with our garbage disposal, I gave them a call and they were able to send someone out in just a couple of hours. Their plumbers and technicians are all very polite and help us understand what was causing the problem so we can avoid the same issues in the future. In general, they are very flexible with their scheduling and have very good rates. I would highly recommend them. more

I had a great experience with Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling. The company has done air conditioning and heating work for me and I am always very happy with their service. I would give the company five stars across the board for the service. I have been using them for a while and I have always appreciated the excellent service that the company offers. I haven't had any issues with the staff, so I'm happy with how the work goes each time for me. more

Satisfied but no copy of invoice 1/4/2018

Carlos was very knowledgeable and installed the tankles hot wat system expeditiously. But I still haven't received a copy of the invoice which I paid in full. I would llike a copy for my records. Roger Kust more
