Overpriced But Good Service! 8/8/2017

It was at least the second time I used Milton Frank Plumbing and Cooling, they have done good work for me and I have never had any issues with any of the services they provided me. The only thing that bothered me was how expensive it was for a job that took less than an hour, They came by to cut the vent pipe in the attic to snake the drain as well as doing something to train the condensation tray in the A/C. They arrived on time and the process was smooth. The technician that came by was very nice and made sure to answer any questions I had at the time. I would continue to use them if they had lower prices but work was good overall. more

The service was great. I think companys are starting to jack up prices for first time you use them .The prices is getting out of control for plumbing.Don't get me wrong the job was done well but not the price of doing business. more

My husband and I have been using Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling for years for plumbing issues. Most recently they replaced a water heater for us. The entire team is excellent to work with. We were looking around for remodeling companies when we drove by Milton Frank and noticed they had a new sign up for remodeling services. We decided to pop in and see what they could do for us. We worked with Natalia, a designer, to help us plan out the remodeling of 4 bathrooms in our home. She came out to our home to take measurements and show us different options for countertops. We were happy with the price and recently signed the contract to start the remodeling. Based on our experience with Natalia and the whole Milton Frank team, we have high expectations for the finished bathrooms and are excited to see how it all turns out! more

I have been a Milton Frank customer for 20 + years and have no complaints. I especially like the friendly, helpful attitude of all employees I have dealt with. In office and in my home. Also, the courtesy of calling if there is a problem of stated appointment time. Continue the god work! more

Tech i had requested showed up several hours before i had been told during my call to request service, which was very welcome. He was very thorough in his examination, which was as expected for your company but very much unlike what we have gotten from at least four of your competitors. more

Disappointed that no picture was taken of the pipe obstruction. 7/31/2017

Robert was very personable, but did not bring the camera with him and had to call for a truck to deliver it. The purpose of the trip was to scope the concrete storm sewer pipe and determine why it would not drain. They had to make another trip back to the shop to get wheels for the camera. The price was as quoted in spite of the 2 trips back to the shop. more
