I had a toilet tank leak. It was fixed on time for the price quoted. Milton Frank is not the cheapest service around, but I won't use anyone else. more

They Are Very Good! 12/14/2017

I have used Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling many times. Recently, they came out to install a heater. It turned out great. Our house is nice and warm now! They arrive on time, and they do a professional job. Their people are decent and knowledgeable. They know what they are doing, and they do it right. They are polite and courteous and I will continue to use them for my plumbing. heating and cooling needs. more

They Go The Extra Mile 12/7/2017

I have used Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling many times. They replaced my commode with one that was a different size and height. When I didn't like the seat, they changed it for a different seat, and didn't charge me. One time we came back from vacation and my other commode was running, so they fixed that for me. They did a service check on my water heater, and they told me approximately how much longer they thought it would last. I have very hard water, and they talked to me about labor and pricing, and the best way to install a water purifier. They have also done outdoor faucet repair, and replaced gaskets and knobs. Once I had a sink stopper that was not not working, so I purchased all the parts but I had a difficult time when I tried to fix it myself. They checked it, and told me that it was not built correctly when the sink was installed, so they fixed it for me. The family lives in the area and they have good sense of community. They are very kind and helpful with the things they do. They give great service, and they really go the extra mile. The pricing is good, but I have never checked on prices that other companies charge, so I don't know how to compare it. Overall, I am happy with their service. more

I had a very good experience with Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling. I think that this company is great and we are actually on their VIP program. I have enjoyed the plumbing services that they have provided for me and I would definitely recommend them to other people. I would give them five stars across the board for their service and I have not had any issues with them or the results that they turn out. I find them very reliable so I am a happy customer. more

The Design Specialist and Installers Were All Great 12/4/2017

I really liked Natalia, the design specialist at Milton Frank Plumbing and Cooling. She gave us specific ideas on how we could remodel our bathroom and shower, and she double checked on the workers each day to make sure it was going according to plan. The workers were professional and did a great job. We compared four different contractors when we were shopping around and Milton's price was definitely competitive. We were very pleased with their professionalism and their work. I thought the extra touch of having a design specialist made a big difference. She really was the reason that we chose them. She walked with us each step of the way. We aren't good at making all the remodeling decisions and we wanted some input and advice in throughout the process and she was able to provide that. more

Great Service! Been With Them For 20 Years! 11/20/2017

We had some pipe breakage in the home, so I called on Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling to fix the issue. The staff showed up on time and one day after they left, we had another leak. They came back within a short period of time and took care of the problem for us. I have been using them for about 20 years and I find that in terms of pricing, they are very competitive. I would definitely recommend this company to other people. It's been great working with them, so I wouldn't hesitate to keep using them if I needed their service. more

Great Results And Staff! 11/13/2017

The staff from Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling did an amazing job with my mom's plumbing. They came in and just checked the general pipes because there was a back-up in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend the company to other people. The staff was professional - they came in on time and I didn't have any issues with the service that they provided. I hope to use them again in the future because I really valued their hard work and I was quite happy with the results that I received from them. more

Great People, Great Experience 11/3/2017

Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling have installed all the air conditioning and heating unit in my home and they now take care of all my inspections and repairs.My experience with them has been great and I have no complaints. Quinton is our repairman and he is punctual, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Their pricing is fair and they are all great people. They will be coming next week to do my winter inspection. more

Good Experience Overall 10/17/2017

I had a good experience with Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling. I used them to do a replacement of an air conditioning unit and a heater. It was my first time using them and everything went fine. I thought that the staff was okay, too. The only issue I had was that there was no paperwork concerning the model of the heater. They did say that everything had a warrant for a year, but they also didn't give any description of the thermostat that they changed. They showed me how to do it, but the staff didn't go into the specifics as to what the unit needed to be taken care of. With that in mind, I was in a bind so the pricing wasn't too much of an issue. I would recommend them and use them if I needed their service again in the future. more

Satisfied with service provided 8/19/2017

Just a question. My invoice says a copper pipe was used as the replacement when a flexible line was actually used. Is there a cost difference that should be recognized, or is this just poor task description on the invoice? Would appreciate a response. No problem with the work done, in fact, I was well pleased with how quickly and efficiently it was accomplished. more
