Had a water heater installed by another company in 2010 and as I found out later got taken on the price, got a lemon for a water heater and the service people came out on house calls on their time, not mine. Found Milton Frank in the phone book, called them first thing on a Friday morning telling them I had no hot water. They were out to my house that day at around 2:00 and by 5:30 I had a new water heater installed for a price less then I paid back in 2010. The 3 man crew were knowledgeable, friendly and careful not to get rusty water on my carpets or knick my walls getting the water heaters in/out. These guys were awesome.
