I had a good experience with Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling. I used them to do a replacement of an air conditioning unit and a heater. It was my first time using them and everything went fine. I thought that the staff was okay, too. The only issue I had was that there was no paperwork concerning the model of the heater. They did say that everything had a warrant for a year, but they also didn't give any description of the thermostat that they changed. They showed me how to do it, but the staff didn't go into the specifics as to what the unit needed to be taken care of. With that in mind, I was in a bind so the pricing wasn't too much of an issue. I would recommend them and use them if I needed their service again in the future.
