The folks from Milton Frank Plumbing and Cooling communicated well throughout our work together. We had some unusual circumstances that they had to deal with and they responded to it well. The work met our requirements and worked out well. I didn't do a lot of comparison shopping for this job. We decided to do business together and moved ahead. I thought the cost was expensive but competitive. They had done some routine plumbing for us in the past and I was satisfied with their work, which is why I went back to them. I think that when you're doing extensive remodeling the quality of the contacts you have are sometimes even more important than the quality of work. Presenting things in a businesslike manner is a not easy and they did a good job with that.
