We have used Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling before. This time, we had a bathroom tiled, and the toilet didn't fit, so they came out and installed a new toilet for us. The technician really knew what he was doing. He was thorough, efficient, and he did an excellent job.
They worked around our schedule, and they showed up on time. They were a little pricey, but we would probably use them again.
