I just read your post, I just want to share my experience about mensusa I just gut my orders yesterday, And I can't believe it, it was exact as what my orders is, I already read this post before I buy the product, unfortunately it was reverse experience that I had with regards to your post. Right place for Tuxedos 8/11/2010

I had an idea to give a surprise gift to my husband on his bday. After pondering for a long time, i decided to present him a Tuxedo. I came across MensUsa site while browsing online stores for suits. There were wide collections to choose from. I ordered a wonderful suit and i was sure my husband would like it. Initially i was little bit worried whether the suit will get delivered on time or not. But the Customer Service was too good and they helped in tracking my order. And the suit was also delivered on time. My husband also liked the suit as i expected and it fits him perfectly more

MensUsa is a great place to shop for a suit. There are wide varieties of products to choose from, and many great deals you can't get anywhere else. Also, their products are very high-quality and at a reasonable price. I purchased an Ivory Off White 4 Buttons Fashion Suit about 2 weeks ago; I got good comments from all my friends. Dishonest and terrible customer service 7/1/2010

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a suit and negotiated a price, I even paid extra for overnight delivery. Once I signed my credit card receipt, the sales person changed to type of suit and the delivery service to ground. I could not believe he did this in front of my face. He then got upset that I called him out and stormed out of the store. I emailed them to cancel my order the next morning and they tried to pull the no refunds and the product has already been shipped at 10:00am the next day. Dishonest sales stratgey 5/12/2010

I walked in since I am local and spoke with a salesperson. He sold me a suit based on the idea he would order it and I could bring it back if I didn't like it. He ordered the wrong size, and now he won't take it back! He said in e-mail that the invoice says no returns...the only ""invoice"" is my credit card receipt! How can I know the return policy if I only get it after I pay for it? The writing on the positive reviews is very similar to the poor writing style in my e-mails. Charged for merchandise never received 5/2/2010

This company is terrible. I ordered a shirt. Got a response the next day that my size was out of stock. I wrote back that very day and said never mind. I got a $15 charge from the company. I have not been able to get any response from them. My credit card company contacted them and they refused to credit the $15. I guess they charge you for ordering something even though they don't have the product. I would discouraged anyone from using this company. Pros: non Cons: no response more

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! 4/27/2010

It's a long story involving many screw-ups from the team at mensusa. com which they bluntly refused to correct, but suffice to say that I will never, ever be a customer of theirs again. I cannot speak lowly enough of their customer service. I was charged for things that I did not request, the suits I ordered were all sent in different sizes and configurations than I ordered (and when I returned them at my own expense and requested a refund they flatly refused) and the list goes on. Simply put, my experience with them was the worst I have ever had with any retailer, online or in person. Clearly the 5-star reviews below are fabricated and I would warn anybody and everybody that the cheap suits are simply not worth the stress that these people will put you through. Please do not do business with this company. You think you are buying from a reputable business due to their ""100% guarantee"" and ""no hassle returns"" but they have no intention of honoring these policies The suit I received did not look like the one pictured and was way too big. They never returned an email and they hung up on me when I called. I had to ship it back and dispute the transaction with my credit card. Horrible experience....... CAUTION, return policy bait and switch: They state a full-refund, no-hassle return policy on the website. When you place an order, the confirmation says they will only accept return merchandise if they made an error, and refund will incur a 10% restocking fee. Pros: Are there any???
