It's a long story involving many screw-ups from the team at mensusa. com which they bluntly refused to correct, but suffice to say that I will never, ever be a customer of theirs again. I cannot speak lowly enough of their customer service. I was charged for things that I did not request, the suits I ordered were all sent in different sizes and configurations than I ordered (and when I returned them at my own expense and requested a refund they flatly refused) and the list goes on. Simply put, my experience with them was the worst I have ever had with any retailer, online or in person. Clearly the 5-star reviews below are fabricated and I would warn anybody and everybody that the cheap suits are simply not worth the stress that these people will put you through. If I could rate them LOWER than 1 star I would.
