I walked in since I am local and spoke with a salesperson. He sold me a suit based on the idea he would order it and I could bring it back if I didn't like it. He ordered the wrong size, and now he won't take it back! He said in e-mail that the invoice says no returns...the only ""invoice"" is my credit card receipt! How can I know the return policy if I only get it after I pay for it?
The writing on the positive reviews is very similar to the poor writing style in my e-mails. I'm convinced those reviews are fake.
Pros: Dishonesty trumps all
Cons: Um, dishonesty.
