She did a really good job every one is very nice but when I when to pay the guy charged me for too many nail polishes I payed for two when I only bought one. dont feel like going ...

My son and myself both had haircuts. Krissy is very patient with kids and always gives me an awesome cut. My wife won't let me go to anyone else but why would I? more

Sunni is THE best stylist! 3/25/2011

I am so lucky to have Sunni as my stylist. She is always positive & yesterday she was so kind to give me a new color without blinking an eye (& I love it). The salon is always nice & I always love going to Ihloff. Also, I would like to note that the front desk staff is MUCH friendlier than in the past, which I really appreciate. Before, I thought they were snobby & rude but they are very welcoming & make sure I'm taken care of, even after I've checked in. Please tell them thanks for their wonderful attitude. more

Great service! 3/24/2011

Very friendly,professional and on time! Great hair, make-up and massages. Relaxing and clean atmosphere. Had a couple of not so good manicure pedicures with different manicurist a few years ago so never tried them again. Hope they have improved! more

Below Average 3/23/2011

While a client at the south Tulsa location, my stylist canecelled the day of our appointment four out of six times. So far at the Utica location I have a 50% stylist cancellation ratio. I understand things happen, there does seem to be a very high percentage of last minute stylist cancellations at this salon. Not to mention I have lost a good percentage of my hair to what my former stylist admitted was application error. This last appointment I was able to be seen by a new stylist named Kimberly who did a nice job. more

Not a great massage 3/19/2011

I was really disappointed in this experience. I went with a friend for a relaxing afternoon. Even though we had different massage technicians, we both had the same opinions - very ineffective. Neither of us felt really relaxed or worked out afterward. My technician was running behind in her appointment times so my entire experience felt rushed. Her long hair kept brushing across my face as she massaged my shoulders. After my massage, I was looking forward to the steam shower. Unfortunately it was dirty and had not been tended to since the last person used it. There was a giant clump of black hair in the drain. Yucky! I was very disappointed in what I thought was a quality salon. more

The guy that did my massage acted like he did not want to be there. This was the first massage I have had at Ihloff & I was very disappointed. I have had massages at smaller, less expensive places & the massage I received at Ihloff does not measure up to the less expensive places. more

The masseuse asked questions to assess what my needs were and explained each step as she performed the massage. The end result was perfect, I am able to walk easier than I have since having a stroke and have much less pain overall. more
