She did a really good job every one is very nice but when I when to pay the guy charged me for too many nail polishes I payed for two when I only bought one. dont feel like going ...

I had Whitney and she was WONDERFUL! She had to strip my hair three times and then dye and highlight. It took five hours to make me back blonde and we never had a dull moment or a moment that I felt uncomfortable! more

Overall, the experience was less than satisfactory. Although I received a 20% discount--I was charged more for the hair color experience than originally expected, which really negates the 20% discount. Hairstlist is always rushed. Ihloff is not interesting in making the experience pleasant- but is interested in getting as many individuals in and out of the chair as possible. more

I came in for my appointment and it was the wrong day! Your staff was so nice and understanding and worked hard to get someone else to do my hair right then; which they did. All of this for MY stupid mistake!! Can't get any better than that! more
