While a client at the south Tulsa location, my stylist canecelled the day of our appointment four out of six times. So far at the Utica location I have a 50% stylist cancellation ratio. I understand things happen, there does seem to be a very high percentage of last minute stylist cancellations at this salon. Not to mention I have lost a good percentage of my hair to what my former stylist admitted was application error. This last appointment I was able to be seen by a new stylist named Kimberly who did a nice job.
