I was really disappointed in this experience. I went with a friend for a relaxing afternoon. Even though we had different massage technicians, we both had the same opinions - very ineffective. Neither of us felt really relaxed or worked out afterward. My technician was running behind in her appointment times so my entire experience felt rushed. Her long hair kept brushing across my face as she massaged my shoulders. After my massage, I was looking forward to the steam shower. Unfortunately it was dirty and had not been tended to since the last person used it. There was a giant clump of black hair in the drain. Yucky! I was very disappointed in what I thought was a quality salon.
