She did a really good job every one is very nice but when I when to pay the guy charged me for too many nail polishes I payed for two when I only bought one. dont feel like going ...

First haircut at Ihloff 2/7/2011

Becky did a great job listening to my needs and professionally cutting my hair. She was on time and courteous. I will definitely recommend her and the salon. It was so nice to speak with Marilyn when I made the appointment--there's nothing as nice as good customer service in my book! more

Massage & facial were fantastic, I feel like the front desk is always in disarray when I check in & out. I wasn't asked if I wanted to schedule a follow up appointment & I had planned on doing that before I left. more

This is to go to Marilyn, herself. I wrote a review on my last visit which was the most UNpleasant experience I've had in a salon and believe me, I've been to a few. Then to receive this email today asking for a REFERRAl? Hair cut 1/26/2011

I saw Kim Freeman, a master stylist. She is wonderful! She handled my situation with respect for my feelings, encouragement, and professionalism. I was having my thick, long hair cut prior to having it fall out because of chemo for breast cancer. My hair had been shoulder length or longer for over30 years. She used her excellent skills to give me a cute and stylish hair cut that I will be proud of wearing. Thank you so much. more

everyone is pleasant and very skilled the atmospphere is professional and CLEAN! Support personnel go out of their way to make the client feel pampered! This is what puts you a cut above the others! more

Experience good; product quality below average 1/21/2011

I treated 2 of my co-workers to hand treatments. While the experience was good, the polish for all 3 of us peeled off within a day or two. Inferior product. Would probably not return for that particular service as a result. more
