This was my 2ND year with your company and has been a very good experience. Your Technicians are very learned in their field. The Tech that I had on 4/27/2011 was excellent. In my opinion he went above the call of duty. He did take a sample of a bug I had and didn't want to make a wrong decision so he took it with him to have an expert look at it and get back to me.
