This review serves mostly to highlight our tech, Daniel E., license # 29321B. We've had a great relationship with him from the beginning. He's extremely thorough, helps us to understand what he is doing, and gives us tips and advice. He also makes us feel comfortable. But today, in addition to his great service, he just went above and beyond. When he checked in after completing his outdoor service, I was in the middle of a focal seizure (not convulsive) - and absolutely confused. He stepped in, asked me if I needed help, I told him I needed my magnet, he asked if he had permission to look - seriously! and then ran through the house to help me. He's been a great tech all along, and I've always told him that, but he really went out of his way today. Like searching couch cushions. Then sitting with me for a few minutes to ensure my safety. Not only is that an amazing employee, that is an amazing person. I hope he can be recognized for that. Thank you again, Dan.
