Horizon Pest Control always does termite inspection on a yearly basis like clockwork. We had some bees one time and I don't like to use chemicals that could possibly harm us or the dogs. So they came out and eradicated the bees from my house without using chemicals. Last year, we had a mice problem and they came in and took care of it and within two weeks, it cleared up. We've just never had a problem with them. They pretty much do exactly what you want to do.
