Got the best deal for my new 2012 Honda 5/3/2012

Got the best deal for my new 2012 Honda CR-V LX in Greater Seattle Area. The price was very competitive and many dealers around this area could not beat their price. Had a great experience right from my first call to the time I signed the deal. more

Treated like a Queen!!! 3/25/2012

Honda of Seattle had the perfect 2012 CR-V for me! Dean and Ryan were so pleasant and helpful and made the process so easy!!! No high pressure - just efficient, honest assistance! more

Best car buying experience 3/5/2012

I purchased a new CR-V recently and wanted to share the great experience I had with Honda of Seattle. I worked with David Marker and Robert Fabia, they made the trade-in and purchase of our new car seamless and fair. David also spent a lot of time showing us in detail all the functionality of our new car. I highly recommend Honda of Seattle and will definitely be working with David and Robert on my next vehicle purchase. Plus we love our new 2012 CR-V! more

Easy, Smooth buying process... 3/9/2011

I bought my Civic a few weeks ago and decided I should probably share my experience. Rich is hands down the nicest sales person I have ever dealt with. He didn't rush me along and went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted. Thanks Rich! more

Great, except for the shuttle service 6/10/2009

So on the shuttle. It seems like the last 10 times I've been there's at least one screw up either to or from the dealership involving the shuttle. They either don't give me a life home, or they don't come pick me up. I have to call, plead and beg every time. Pros: Always seem to work on my car quickly and finish on time. Cons: Always (I mean 100%) seem to screw up the shuttle service. more

Melissa is great. 11/16/2008

I did not have a very good experience purchasing my car from here, but Melissa did her best to make things right. I will not buy another car from here, but I know that if I have any issues with maintenance, I can call her and she will do her best to help me out. Pros: Melissa will fix it if you feel you haven't been helped well. Cons: Purchasing was not fun in the least. more

Arrogant disinterested staff 5/22/2008

Took my 2007 Accord this week to this dealership. I think the actual service is good, but the staff is the worst. Chad seems the most helphful and attentive. I am a family physician so I am used to many different types of people and service personnel, but this staff is one of the most snooty and uninterested ones I have encountered; one service tech advisor had a cell phone plastered to her ear talking to a boyfriend, the cashier was busy talking to her friends on the phone about the night before while taking my money. The receptionist was busy giggling very, very loudly with the gentleman sales person. If you are not interested in buying a new car the sales people don't give you the time of day and look down their noses at you. Thought the actual service may be good, the outward perception is poor. Pros: Car itself Cons: Staff is arrogant and disinterested more

Sad sad sad 5/21/2008

I bought 2 accords previously from this dealership from Tibur - I loved his sales technique. Happy happy happy with his service and the cars. I thought I needed a new car this year and unfortunately it was a spur of the moment decision, decided to go with the sales person on duty - MY MISTAKE! After 3 hours of negotiations which were almost non existent even though I was trading in a newer Honda. Sales manager laughed at me when I said I couldn't afford what he was talking. Laughed at me. Had to go to higher levels and played good guy - bad guy. I again asked for Tibur and they said he was not available I had to stay with this sales person. I ended up leaving and going to Bellevue Honda. Service here is good though once you buy a car elsewhere. Pros: Service dept Cons: 99% of the sales staff and the negotiations manager is the worst more

Best place to buy a car. 8/16/2007

I have purchased six cars from Honda of Seattle and I was really pleased with my last experence. I was looking at both used and new cars and not sure what I wanted. The salesperson spent a few hours with me going through me options on this lot as well as at their second store, Toyota of Seattle. I finally chose to go with the Accord sedan because it fit my family's needs. They sat me down, got me coffee and some cookies, then asked me what I wanted to pay for the car. I had never seen this approach from a car dealership and was pleasantly surprised. Once the numbers were agreed upon, they detailed it and walked me through all the ins and outs of the vehicle. I plan on sending all my friends and family members to buy from this particular salesperson and Honda of Seattle. Everyone should give them a chance to earn their business. Pros: Highly skilled sales staff, easy pricing, location, and two stores to pick from Cons: nothing more

terrible custome service. 7/17/2007

the meanest people. I have never had a sales person make me feel so bad. I was looking for my first car, at first they seemed very nice, until they tried to rip me off. I looked at a used honda civic. i wanted to knock the price down. i tolfd them i would buy it today if they lowered it a thousand dollars.they said that there is no way that they can negotiate the price, because THEY would end up losing money. They showed me the kelly blue book pricing off the internet, they priced it also in perfect condition, which it was not. there was water damage from the sunroof, a cracked windshieldt, numerous stains and scratches in the paint. when telling them that they said they couldnt do anything. They cant negotiate. .this was the second time. the frst time i went to their partner dealership, Toyota of seattle. the same experience there!!! they couldnt negotiate!! at all!!! a used car??? and then they kept calling and sending emails, even when i tryed to opt out of emails..! its horrible! me and my bofriend will never ever go back. i left the dealership in tears.. it wasnt just that they couldnt do anything, itsjust that they made me feel so stupid. they did tell me that they had the best customer service though. ha. more

Watch out for scams 7/16/2006

I bought a new Accord from them and traded in my 2000 Accord. After all price negotiations they reduced the trade-in price by $300. Instead of an apology I had to wait while they ""verified"" the price that we agreed upon. Eventually they reluctantly adjusted the price, but stopped being friendly. I would recommend to avoid them or verify everything they give you to sign. Pros: Location Cons: beware of scams more

car detailing 5/3/2006

A great place to do business 4/28/2006

I really love these guys, can't say enough about them. Honda is the best car, and this is the best place to buy one! Pros: friendly, fair pricing more

Poor service over 2.5 years 12/12/2005

Honda of Seattle broke (i.e. shattered) my key fob from the tubing system they use to transport keys. Albeit it was aftermarket and they did offer to try to have it replaced. I waited months--when I finally got tired of waiting, I placed several phone calls and had the housing replaced on my own with in a week--complimentary from the makers of the alarm. A recent change over to new invoicing computer systems have led to several errors. The incorrect oil types have been indicated on the invoice. Incorrect services have been indicated as well. I'd like to know that I'm at least getting the service I'm being billed for, not some other random task. I'm still waiting for me new invoice indicated the correct service. Too many errors, not enough customer care. more

  • Our goal is to make purchasing a vehicle simple. We do that by doing three things: First, we are committed to giving you all of the information you ask for and any other information you will need to make the best decision possible regarding your purchase. Second, we start by posting our best price up front on every vehicle. As you look around, you will find that each vehicle has a pre-discounted price. And finally, our Product Specialists are not paid on commission, so that means they are not motivated to get you to over spend for a vehicle. Their compensation is based on how many satisfied customers they have each month. Now, doesn't that sound like a simple and good way to do business?
