Review content:
the meanest people. I have never had a sales person make me feel so bad. I was looking for my first car, at first they seemed very nice, until they tried to rip me off. I looked at a used honda civic. i wanted to knock the price down. i tolfd them i would buy it today if they lowered it a thousand dollars.they said that there is no way that they can negotiate the price, because THEY would end up losing money. They showed me the kelly blue book pricing off the internet, they priced it also in perfect condition, which it was not. there was water damage from the sunroof, a cracked windshieldt, numerous stains and scratches in the paint. when telling them that they said they couldnt do anything. They cant negotiate. .this was the second time. the frst time i went to their partner dealership, Toyota of seattle. the same experience there!!! they couldnt negotiate!! at all!!! a used car??? and then they kept calling and sending emails, even when i tryed to opt out of emails..! its horrible! me and my bofriend will never ever go back. i left the dealership in tears.. it wasnt just that they couldnt do anything, itsjust that they made me feel so stupid. they did tell me that they had the best customer service though. ha.
