Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

Old central A/C system needed to be replaced; had Frymire rep come out to give a quote, and after two more requests for the quote went to another company and purchased system from them. I will continue to use their plumbing services. more

Telephone support is excellent. Technical support on site seems to have deteriorated in the past couple years. Initially, I got to know my technician and grew to trust his assessment of my system and the advice he offered. More recently, the tech is not communicative or sometimes doesn't seem to understand my questions or appreciate my concerns and is unable to provide me with useful information.
