The technician was early to arrive and assess the problem. The fan motor had failed and seized: he checked the capacitor to find it was OK. Able then got the pricing information and fully explained everything. Once the new fan motor was installed he also checked the system performance, which showed we were low on refreigerant. He gave us the option to fill or not, and we opted to fill it for better performance. At all times, our aTech, Able was polite, focused and gave me the quality of service I expect from Frymire. JOB WELL DONE !....
