Our airconditioner did not work when we turned it on the first time this year. The guys that came out to our house were good at diagnosing and correcting our air conditioning problem. Very fast and efficient. The only complaint that we had was the waiting time for them to get to our location. We were given the timeframe after 12:00 pm, i.e. after lunch. The original technician that diagnosed the airconditioning problem was not able to arrive at our house until 6:45 pm, because of other houses that he had to go to first. I got off from work to meet him at noon, but had to wait more than a six hours for the technician to arrive. A more reasonable estimate of the timeframe that the technician would arrive, would have been appreciated.
