Telephone support is excellent.
Technical support on site seems to have deteriorated in the past couple years.
Initially, I got to know my technician and grew to trust his assessment of my system and the advice he offered. More recently, the tech is not communicative or sometimes doesn't seem to understand my questions or appreciate my concerns and is unable to provide me with useful information.
