We have been Frymire customers for many years. We purchased our 2 Trane HVAC systems from Frymire in 2005 & have a service contract. Until now, we only needed our 2x a year maintenance visits but one of our units went out last night about 8PM. When we called we were told that since we had a contract someone would be out today versus later in the week. We thought we'd be waiting all day but Kenneth R came about this morning & replaced the capacitator. Kenneth has been to our home before & is an excellent technician. We have had triple-digit temps in Dallas & it was pretty hot on that side of the house all night (we slept on the couch in our den as our bedroom felt like a sauna) & is now cooling down. Thank you Kenneth & Frymire for super-serving your contract customers, the fast turnaround time, the quick diagnosis & the smooth repair. I am a realtor & have always recommended Frymire to my clients and friends & will continue to do so. We appreciate you! more

Came out to service our air conditioner. Returned to help us with a clogged sink. They were gracious, prompt, efficient and gone. Appreciate their professionals. more

I'm happy to say good things about Frymire. I had used another company previously and then I switched to Frymire. Frymire was exceptionally good in comparison to the other company and also on their own. Their service is excellent and quick. We had different things we've called them about, and they have always been very eager to help. The staff actually cares about the customer. They want to fix your heating, air conditioning, and plumbing issues, and that really means a lot. more

dont used this company they will screw you they came to my house which is only 4 years old new unit that they put in as contractors for fox and jacobs homes each year they came by to fix my unit from heat to air in the summer and doing winter from air to heat now my unit is stuck in heat mode and they wont come this summer because they are too busy more

I recently had an issue with a new water heater in my home, and my local plumber couldn't fix it. He called in Frymire Services, Inc., and they were outstanding. Basically, I had been without hot water for about a week while the water heater issue was being diagnosed. It took a few days for my plumber to work with the issue, and then realize he needed Frymire's assistance. When Frymire came out at first, they thought they had resolved the issue, but then discovered a manufacturer's defect in the replacement part. It wasn't at all their fault, and once they received the new part, we made arrangements for the serviceman to come out on a Saturday morning. They usually don't work on the weekends. The serviceman was so worried about me being without hot water, that he couldn't sleep. He was out at 7:30 that morning to install the new part, and now everything works wonderfully. Frymire's service is truly exceptional, and I can just rave about them. All the servicemen are very professional, and they did a great job. They are very accommodating and willing to please. They even sent me a lovely gift basket because they felt bad about me being without hot water! Give them a try and you will be pleased with their outstanding customer service. more

Arrived at 10:15 got done at about 11:50 and charged me two hours. Dude dragged out the time and was slow like a cow. He should have his tools (screw drivers, etc..) on him instead of making trips to his van back and forth. more

Worked with other companies to try and resolve an issue for which they could never fix. And which costs me tons of money each year calling people back out on the same problem. Frymire came in once and figured it out immediately. That was last year. Since then our air went out and we took advantage of the tax rebate and replace both air and heat. While they are a little more money, it is cheaper in the long run to have something done the right the first time. They definitely know what they are doing and do it well! They have my business for life. more

Jeff C came to our house this fall for the first time to do a seasonal check of our AC/heating system. We were used to Kenny and the fantastic job that he had done for us over the years that we have been with Frymire. We were so sorry to hear that he was no longer able to work with Frymire anymore. Jeff was absolutely wonderful we can?t say enough about his work, his professionalism. He was informative and knowledgeable and he was able to communicate that knowledge. I am needing a 3rd compressor for a unit less than 3 years old. The installation was undersized, and this company wants to keep itself afloat by charging labor for their poor installations. They will leave you in the heat unless you pay emergency fees, and will charge as much as they can. I bought a new house in order not to worry about this kind of stuff - make sure your new home is NOT subbed by Frymire, or you too could become one of their cash cows. Cons: make you wait, overcharge, poor installation more

Plumber came on the weekend, within a few minutes of the time we were given, and saved us money by telling us about a customer plan they have. more
