Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

I was very pleased with the thorough service I received. I am very happy to be on the service plan. The appointment took a very long time... that would be my only complaint. I believe my technician was working on paperwork for a good period of time, when perhaps that could have been done at another time. He was very thorough though, and I was very pleased with the most important part... the technical work. He also cleaned the A/C attic areas to a level beyond my expectations. It would have been nice for him to reset the thermostat in the master bedroom like he did the others. more

Service Great / CS not good 7/7/2013

We've used Frymire for over 6 years now. They reinstalled new AC units and improved the performance of our AC system, but lately, the service has been less desireable than in the past. Delayed appointments. Poor notification and a somewhat arrogant attitude by supervisors. The quality of the work is always excellent, but the price is going up. more

Called Frymire to look at AC that wasn't working. Took a week before they could get to it. I understand - it's Texas - it's hot - your busy - fine. Service tech diagnosed problem. Following day sales guy calls. Says he's giving my case to the next guy. Have yet to hear from Frymire since. Sears is installing new AC today. About two weeks after I first called Frymire. Nice job, Frymire. more

Jeff from Frymire is wonderful. I request him as my technician for each of my scheduled maintenances. He is so very professional. He always helps me understand any issues that I may have and helps me know what I need to be doing to maintain my system better. He gives great guidance on what I need to watch out for and what might help my system work better. I never feel like he's trying to "sell" me. He is awesome. I feel like he really he's truly helping me take care of my home. more

Too Expensive 6/30/2013

First contact was a phone call. The caller spoke very quickly with a thick accent--could not understand them and had to ask repeatedly who they were. The technician that came was a chain smoker and smelled so bad he was not allowed in the house. He gave an estimate for running a gas line under the driveway through an existing pvc pipe and put in a gas turn on/off for a gas grill. The estimate was very high and was not itemized. When questioned about the cost, he replied it was mostly labor. Because of this experience with the initial call and the response from the technician, we decided not to use them. RESPONSE FROM Frymire Services, Inc.: The thick accent is the Queens English. Our dispatcher is a United Kingdom native who called to inform the customer that our plumber was on his way. And we are sorry if our plumber arrived was not professionally prepared to greet you. In regards to our repair estimate, our plumber did confer with our plumbing manager. The customer wanted to add a new gas line; a complicated job that will require us to tunnel beneath the house slab, hence the job is largely labor. more

My parents began using Frymire Services many years ago. Watching the personnel come and work on their system was always a pleasure. That is why I chose to begin a contract with Frymire for my home. more
