On Tuesday, September 17, 2013 I have a very old HVAC system. The field technician recognized numerous issues that need attention or replacement.
Sales person, Steve Thielen, visited my residence on September 18, 2013 and we discussed the need for equipment replacement. I requested a quote for the equipment and labor. It is now September 23, 2013 and I have not received any communication from Mr. Thielen. I can only assume from Frymire's non-response that it does not want my business.
