Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

I contacted Frymire because my garbage disposal was clogged. They came on time and the guys were very nice. They unclogged the disposal with no problem. I would highly recommend their services. more

Frymire is the only HVAC company we have used for our current home. About 7 years ago, they replaced our entire system (including new air ducts). They were able to schedule the work quickly - the workers were all very courteous - installation went smoothly and when they left, everything was as clean as when they arrived. The system they installed is much more efficient and quieter than the old one! We have their annual service contract and think it's a very good value - no guessing on when to have the unit service for summer/winter - they call to remind us! The service technicians always explain what they've checked and we never dread hearing what they have to say -- they don't have a "laundry list" of things that need to be worked on -- and they have suggested a minor repair one time. We had them inspect the HVAC at a home that we might possibly purchase -- the home inspector had some concerns about part of the original installation -- the Frymire technician checked everything out and the system only needs a few simple repairs and routine maintenance. We would highly recommend Frymire -- we won't use anyone else! more

I felt the technician was not very well qualified and misdiagnosed the problem resulting in overcharges. Frymire agrees that the customer was unnecessarily charged additional for the same task and will refund the overage. more

The service tech emailed my receipt which only showed the amount I was charged. I had to send another email to get the breakdown of service charges. In the future, I expect an option of a hard-copy invoice or a detailed electronic receipt. I suggest you check Texas Law on this issue. You are a very good company but do not assume or think you can only provide an electronic receipt. more

2nd House Call in 10 Days 10/6/2013

Hands down the best service I have had in a while! Last week my AC coil went out and I had to call out a service provider to fix it. After looking over some reviews I came across Frymire which came highly recommended. They were able to get a guy out in two hours and he was able to order the part and install it the following day. The service was great and the price was about what I would have expected. The following week I confirmed my suspicion that there was a leak somewhere in the water system. Again Frymire was able to get someone out right away to find the leak. Once found it they gave me a range of estimates on cost depending on how far under the house they had to dig. The next day they came back and fix it. I was very impressed and will definitely be calling them again if their services are needed. more

Field Technician was very good 9/23/2013

On Tuesday, September 17, 2013 I have a very old HVAC system. The field technician recognized numerous issues that need attention or replacement. Sales person, Steve Thielen, visited my residence on September 18, 2013 and we discussed the need for equipment replacement. I requested a quote for the equipment and labor. It is now September 23, 2013 and I have not received any communication from Mr. Thielen. I can only assume from Frymire's non-response that it does not want my business. RESPONSE FROM Frymire Services, Inc.: Our comfort consultant has submitted our proposal since this the review was posted. Sorry for the delay! more
