I had my free tune up with my contract and the tech that came out did not know what he was doing. My A/C was working fine yet he told me my compressor was shot and I would have no A/C. Well it was fine when he got here and there was no reason it shouldn't be working. Then he said it was the switch and could go at any time. Long story short, he left, it was working and I called Frymire. I asked for the "A" team to come out, not some weekend "B" team guy who wasn't a regular tech. John came out, found the problem, which had nothing to do with the compressor, ordered the part, and Stevie McCowen worked with me to resolve the cost, compensating me for the hassle. John installed the part and all is perfect. Bottom line is that Frymire made good on the service and I was very happy with John, Mr. McCowen, and Frymire. That's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
