Called Frymire to look at AC that wasn't working. Took a week before they could get to it. I understand - it's Texas - it's hot - your busy - fine. Service tech diagnosed problem. Following day sales guy calls. Says he's giving my case to the next guy. Have yet to hear from Frymire since. Sears is installing new AC today. About two weeks after I first called Frymire. Nice job, Frymire. more
