Jose came to the house on June 27th for a yearly service contract visit. He determined there was a leak, because the charge was low, however he did not have his leak detector, any paperwork, any idea of our service agreement, and suggested his phone may not be working to get more information. Subsequently, on July 3rd DAnny came out and found the leak in the coil and charged the system, since Jose wasn't sure if he should do that on his vist (no idea of our service agreement/warranty on the system). Today is July 9th and I called in to findout what happens next. Cynthia said the part had been ordered. I also mentioned we recieved no e-mails regarding our 2 visits, no paperwork, not any information.
