Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

Jeff did well but Abel called today to come out 11/13/2013

I was having issues with my thermostat and Jeff came out on that call. When he saw I had a regular maintenance visit scheduled for the next Wednesday under my service agreement, he performed that while he was here. I specifically asked him if I needed to call Frymire to cancel the 11/13/13 appointment but he said no, he had taken care of that. Today I got a call from Abel saying he was on the way to my home. more

Continued Excellent Service 11/11/2013

Jeff called ahead and arrived at the appointed time. It was our quarterly check of our two HVAC systems. He is always friendly and courteous. Jeff has been our preferred service person for several years. He goes right to work, advises of any issues or problems and does it all with a friendly attitude. more

The gentleman who did the maintenance on our unit was very respectful and nice. He is a great asset to Frymire. He told me what he thought needed to be done and an approximate cost. Not pushy for the sale. Just told me what I needed to do to schedule an appointment if we wanted to get the work done. more

Frymire Contract Maintenance 11/11/2013

I'm now in my 2nd year of a multi-year maintence contract on a complete new heating and air conditioning system. In that time two minor parts have been replaced (free). The twice per year maintenance seems to be very thorough but takes less than an hour. You select an appointment date, they call when on the way, and now send an email with the technician's photo for ID purposes. Happy with my Trane and with Frymire service as well - absolutely no issues. more

I really don't know for sure how long we've been using Frymire Services, over 30 years, anyway. They've been here for checks on A/C and Heating for every year, and they come for all kinds of things concerning plumbing. We have had a contract since about 1984, at least. I think they've replaced A/C twice or 3 times, and heating about the same. The service guys are nice, polite, clean, and thorough. They are businesslike and respectful. In total, we will continue using their services as long as we're in our house. A great company! more

The tech that came out seemed to know the unit and was very professional have no complaints on the service man. I would like a paper showing me all that was done; did get an e-mail but it doesn't have all the information I use to get. That isn't the techs fault. more

Have service contract. Had them install NEST thermostats too, had to come out twice because of faulty thermostat. Appreciate fast service and professionalism. Thanks more
