Review content:
Frymire is the only HVAC company we have used for our current home. About 7 years ago, they replaced our entire system (including new air ducts). They were able to schedule the work quickly - the workers were all very courteous - installation went smoothly and when they left, everything was as clean as when they arrived. The system they installed is much more efficient and quieter than the old one!
We have their annual service contract and think it's a very good value - no guessing on when to have the unit service for summer/winter - they call to remind us! The service technicians always explain what they've checked and we never dread hearing what they have to say -- they don't have a "laundry list" of things that need to be worked on -- and they have suggested a minor repair one time.
We had them inspect the HVAC at a home that we might possibly purchase -- the home inspector had some concerns about part of the original installation -- the Frymire technician checked everything out and the system only needs a few simple repairs and routine maintenance.
We would highly recommend Frymire -- we won't use anyone else!
