Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

Inspection Process 12/4/2013

Frymire needs to change the inspection process as follows. The technical person needs to contact Diana to schedule the inspection or the re-inspection in case of a red tag. Process took from 11/18 install to 12/4 re-inspection to get a green tag. Customer should not be driving this process. more

When the technician said that all was OK and he was finished, I asked him how the compressor looked. He said, Oh, OK, I'll go out and take a look. I had the opinion that he would not have checked compressor if I had not asked. RESPONSE FROM Frymire Services, Inc.: This service call was for fall tune-up of the heating system, a gas system and not a heat pump. We normally check compressor operation when we perform a cooling tune-up in the spring. Sorry if there any confusion about what our fall tune-up covers. more

Great Service 12/3/2013

I found Frymire on a web search after a bad experience with another company. Went to their website and used the online service request. The called within 60 seconds to verify an appointment. Had Kenneth to my house right at the scheduled time, and he correctly diagnosed my problem based solely on my verbal description. Within 30 minutes, he had my system restored and functioning perfectly. Great job! more

We were very happy with the installation of our 2 water heaters. The technicians were very professional and did a thorough job while taking extra care in making sure that everything was as neat when they arrived as when they left. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to others. more

The service was fine. A reommendation was made to upgrade my systems with a new starter kit. I appreciate hearing about improvements I can make but with a 13 year old system I do not think I will... 11/29/2013
