We had a great experience with Fast Water Heater Company. Customer service gave us price quotes and answered all our questions about products and our installation. We could have had our water heater installed the same day as our phone call but elected to set up our appointment for the next day. Our installer was on time and very personable. He did the install in a timely manner, answered any questions we had and cleaned up the work area before leaving. He did a great job! We would highly recommend this company.. more

My old water heater was falling apart so new one professionally installed was an immediate need. The technician, Donny, arrived during the scheduled time window and went right to work. He inspected the existing heater and then explained what was needed. The old shutoff valve needed replacement. He pointed out its poor condition that I had not noticed. Donny also explained a local ordinance requiring earthquake straps - I hadn't known about that, either. We discussed costs, established what I wanted and he set to work. The old one was out with a minimum of mess, the new one installed in a very timely manner. Donny was professional and courteous. We purchased a gas water heater from Lowe's, Fast Water Heater Co. picked it up and delivered and installed in record time. It did not even interfer with my daily activities. I would recommend them anytime an installation is needed. I can only say thank you, and their personal are very freindly and knowledgable. Fast installed a Sears/Kenmore gas residential water heater. The installer called ahead, arrived on time and clearly explained the installation and code requirements. He explained a few valve and other upgrades, which I voluntarily added to the work order. When done, he demonstrated starting the pilot light and setting the water temp control. The worksite was clean when he left. I recommend Fast. more

My hot water heater began leaking out of the bottom of it, it was fairly old, so I needed a new one quickly. I had no hot water and trying to "pioneer it" by heating water on the stove was not a wonderful thing. I called Lowe's (around 730pm) as soon as I found out I had no hot water and saw the water all over the basement floor and made my purchase with arrangements for the install. The next morning Fast called to set up the appt for later that afternoon. I also received another call from Fast to tell me about the contract and potential other costs, permits, etc. Robert and Tim arrived with the new hot water heater and in no time it was set up and working. Robert explained about the permits (which the company filed for me) and certain other regulations, as well as the contract before the work started while Tim was carrying in the tools they would need. After my signed approval, they went to work disconnecting the old one and installing the new one. They were polite, professional and answered all my questions as I intently watched everything they were doing. As soon as they checked to make sure there was no gas or water leaks, they packed up their tools, gathered up the various old parts and then hauled that heavy old hot water heater up my somewhat steep stairs and hauled it away with them when they left. I can't think of anything negative to say about the guys that did the work, the company or the services more

My water heater Pilot light wouldnt stay Lit. After trying several times to no avail, I called NW Natural Gas co. They couldnt send anyone for several days. I called Fast and they came the next morning. Great service and helpful advice more

I found Fast Water Heater company through Home Depot. I was able to order everything over the phone; Ryan made sure they brought two sizes of heaters, as my water heater is in a small closet in the bathroom. Donny did the install; he was great. He reviewed everything before starting the job, then touched base throughout the install process. The job was quick; no mess to clean up! Fast Water Heater did a great job...would highly recommend them! more

Good: They answered all the questions we had and explained all costs and what they would need to do to get the water heater in and working.. Other: They had to come back a second time because the heater they thought they were going to replace wouldn't fit in the drip pan. They showed up within the 2 hour window the first time and they showed up early the second time. They were Fast and efficient, very considerate of customers time and about questions or concerns.
