Tim called ahead to let me know when he was going to arrive. He came in assessed the situation and got right to it. He made a couple recommendations some were more urgent needs and others were purely optional, I made my choices and Tim got the job done. The new setup looks good no complaints. Picture the scene. It’s 5:15am and you’re leaving for work when you hear a dripping water noise coming from your garage. You look and sure enough the water heater is dripping water all down the side of the tank. Well, that scene is exactly what happened just a couple of days ago in my house. So then begins the process of calling around to find a new water heater (we knew ours needed to be replaced). Then calls to plumbers to find out about installing it since neither my husband or myself know how to do it. After many calls, we ended up calling Fast Water Heater Company, again to schedule an appointment. They were one of the first companies we called. Just as the name implies, Fast Water Heater Company is indeed fast! I made the appointment at 9:15 am and Donny was here an hour later. He was friendly and the job was done within an hour. The only complaint I have is that the quote I was given on the phone wasn’t anything close to what I ended up paying. It was off by several hundred dollars more. Not at all happy about that. Before Donny got started he did show us in advance the things that needed to be done and how much extra it would be, but really at that point you just want to get the new water heater in. I am sure those things that needed to be done are things that every person installing a new water heater needs so I don’t quite understand why I wasn’t told about them when I called. more
