Fast installed a Sears/Kenmore gas residential hot water heater. The installer called ahead and arrived on time. He clearly explained the code and installation requirements and suggested valve and other upgrades I voluntarily accepted. He demonstrated how to start the pilot light and operate the water temp and other controls. He left the worksite clean.
