We were in need of a new water heater and contacted Fast Water Heater Company. We made an appointment and they were prompt, punctual and courteous. The installation of our new hot water tank was done efficiently and quickly. They even took care of our energy rebates when preparing our bill. We just can't thank them enough for such good work!! more

Awesome Experience 7/12/2011

Fast water heater lived up to their name. My water heater started leaking late at night. I called them first thing in the morning. The phone rep was kind and helpful. They had the right water heater in stock and had it completely installed that afternoon. The technician was punctual and knowledgeable. Thanks, fast water heater! more

Painless replacement of my old heater 7/5/2011

After doing some comparison shopping I decided that Fast Water Co offered the best deals on gas water with the best reviews. I also took advantage of the special offered through NW Natural. The process was painless. I was a bit nervous that they would not commit to a definite price until they came out to the house. But they assured me that i could cancel without paying for a service call. The price ended up being a bit more that they estimated on the phone, but it was still cheaper than their competitors. The installer was pleasant. The new heater is working great. more

Well done replacement 7/5/2011

I needed a new water heater and the Energy Trust was offering a rebate wiht FAST as supplier. The installer was on time, explained options and overall price, and completed the work with no disruption to my day. The garage was left clean. I am completely satisfied with the water heater and the installation. more

New water heater install 7/5/2011

I called about a new water heater 2 weeks ago with FAST. Energy Trust is offering a rebate on a new water heater with FAST, and my old one was nearing the end of its life. I was able to schedule installation for today. The installer arrived on time, checked all necessary points, explained to me the cost and the options. After I agreed, the installation took place efficiently. Robert was courteous and unobtrusive. I would use this company again. more

Good Job Fast W/H 6/21/2011

N.W. Natural Gas advertised about energy efficient water heaters. We werte refered to Fast Water Heaters and made contact with us. Robert came by the next day and did an evaluation of out current heater and made us an offer to replace it with an energy efficient heater. He made an appointment to install , came on time, cleaned up after and did a safety inspection of the area. He even updated a couple of things. more

Our water heater started leaking and called Fast Water Heater Company and they were here the next day. The person who came uninstalled the old one and put in a great brand new one in just a couple hours. Quick and easy. more

Great Job! 6/15/2011

We had family over for our daughter's graduation - 6 additional people plus us 4 = 10 people. During their stay our water heater went out (thermocoupler went bad). We were in a hurry to get things fixed. From teh time we called Fast Water Heater Company until the problem was fixed it was a total of 2 hours! Ryan Hamilton, our technition was very prompt, professional and had us operational very quickly. Thanks! more

Fast Water Heater Company installed a hot water heater at my home yesterday and I must say that I have never been so impressed with this company or the service I got. The Tech was on time and very good,he was great about installing the unit and answerd all my questions.He did a very profession job and did a great job of takeing our old tank and all the old junk that was left over after the job.
