True, you need your hot water now, and you don't have the time to research. We had 1 estimate from a referral from our neighbor, and were very disappointed. We contacted Home Depot, and were contracted out to Fast Water Heater Co. quickly and efficiently. VERY fast installation. Informative and helpful. Pleased with everything. Learned about how galvanized piping was very popular when our Northeast Portland home in Woodlawn was built in the beginning of the 20th century. more

Contacted through Home Depot Installation line. Rep suggested an alternative brand to the Heat Pump Hybrid Water Heater I wanted. Better energy co-efficiency rating (2.35 vs 2.0), price INCLUDED normal installation, and saved me around $300 overall. Installer came out next day and ahead of schedule. Very friendly and professional. Completed installation within 2 hours, and close to estimate. Very Highly Recommended! more

Fast Water Heater Company installed a water heater for us which we purchased from Sears. Donny was the plumber who performed the installation of the water heater. He is a journeyman plumber and performed his work in an efficient and professional manner. He explained why we would have a better installation and in turn a better life of our water heater if he used parts not included with the price paid to Sears for installation. We opted for the parts he suggested. He completed the installation in a timely manner and left the work area clean and neat more

I was really impressed with the service I received today from Fast Water Heater Company for so many reasons. I contacted them this morning at 8:30 am, and they were at my home at 11:15 installed and gone by 1:00 pm. I noticed my water heater was leaking and discovered I needed a new water heater fast. We purchased a new water heater at Home Depot, who recommended Fast Water Heater Company. I was thinking I could do the install myself to save some money and to get the job done quickly. I’m a bit nervous when it comes to dealing with the natural gas hookups so decided to have the work done by Fast Water Heater Company. I’m sure glad I did. I call Fast Water Heater Company and was surprised to learn they could come out the very next day which was a Sunday! Ian, the tech arrive on time (rare these days) and surveyed the install job. He gave me a honest appraisal of the true cost of the job, which was not what I was original lead to believe by Home Depot. He didn’t try to push the extra’s which I greatly appreciated. Once I agreement to an estimate; he got right to work as I cleaned my garage. Mostly I watch him, learning new pluming techniques I was unaware of. Job was done in 2 hours, allowing me to go watch my son play in Hoopla. I got my new water heater install fast, on a Sunday by a very professional and friendly technician. Ian got the job done for $30 dollars less than the he had quoted by some reengineering of the existing vent work.
