Fast and knowledgeable 6/26/2010

I was told that the technician would arrive between 9 and 11 and he arrived about 9:20. Dale (the technician) went over with me and explained the process that he thought would work best for installing my new GE hybrid hot water heater from Lowes. He was very knowledgeable about the installation. I would recommend Fast Water Heaters. more

fast water heater rescue 6/9/2010

Recently I had a water heater installed, incorrectly it turned out for the diverter did not have suffiecient grade to siphon off the carbon monoxide gas. This is dangerous to living things in the house. The gas company red-tagged my water heater and shut off the gas. I was refered to Fast Water Heater they came out the next day recut the diverter so it was within safe limits and saved me from a messy situation. I would recommend them to family and friends. more

Great Job!! 5/11/2010

I ordered a new water heater at 8:30 am and they were here at 11:30am the same morning. The installer explained everything I needed to know about costs for the extras to bring the installation up to code. He was very personable and polite and did a great job. I would highly recommend Fast Water Heater Co. more

Painless 4/2/2010

Having my waterheater go out was really a pain. The thought of having to deal with finding a good, reputable, professional, fair-priced water heater dealer gave me a headache. Good: That they quickly solved our problem - we ordered the wrong size water heater and they wanted to work with us to solve the problem and make us happy.. Bad: Nothing. They were informative and honest to work with. They installed the water heater in a timely fashion.. Improvements: Nothing -- very happy with this company.. Honest and Knowledgable 12/7/2009

Recently bought a new water heater at Sears. Fast Water Heater was hired to install the new unit. The service level was excellent. Our old heater went out on a Friday and Fast was on hand to install the new one on Saturday. After determining they could not safely move our new 75 gallon and needed another guy, we were told the install would happen on Monday due to schedules of the extra person. Without having to ask, the tech got our old water heater back up and running (requiring 2 new parts) without charging us to get us through the weekend. Monday arrived and Fast had the extra guy here and the new unit was installed without issue. The techs were friendly, knowledgable, and honest. Our old water shutoff started leaking when it was turned back on and the tech could have easily pushed a new one on us (the old one must be at least 20 years old). Instead, he got the old one to stop leaking. These guys are honest, courteous, clean, and they know their stuff. more

They arrived as scheduled, answered all my questions concerning the installation and charges and did an expert job of installing the water heater. Awesome Service 10/31/2009

A couple of weeks ago, I woke up to a cold shower. Well, let me tell you, it was no fun. I chose “Fast Water Heater Company” to install my new water heater. The service was terrific. They arrived exactly on time and provided exceptional service. All my questions were answered and I am so very happy with my new water heater. I highly recommend this company.
