I would HIGHLY recommend Eddy's. If you are looking for a vehicle go in and ask for Drew. He was very professional and took the time to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Thanks Dr...

When we purchased our Toyota we traded a Saturn from the local Saturn dealership. The treatment we received at the local Saturn dealer in no way prepared us for the Eddy's experie...

Bill W was great 8/5/2010

Service advisor Bill W shows concern that the work is done promptly and right the first time and recommends when it time to check different parts on the car that might be due for service or checking. more

The service department is unbelievably neat and clean 7/21/2010

This was a great car purchasing experience. The atmosphere was relaxed but professional. The facility is spotless and comfortable. The service department is unbelievably neat and clean. The service rep (Maryann) was pleasant, helpful, respecful? she could not have been better. And my husband was very impressed with Reggie Winkles, the service director. more

I can say that I am glad that I made that purchase 7/19/2010

When I first started to drive, I never thought that I would own a Toyota, or any import for that matter. As the years past and the gas prices kept rising, my older more sensible thinking kicked in. I had been commuting for sometime now and that was taking its toll on both my now classic car and my wallet. So I started looking around for an ""economy"" truck. I looked at all of what the big three had to offer. Nothing. So, I went to my Toyota dealer in town. Now after owning a full size 4-door pick-up, it was hard for me to down size. As I walked up to the office, there it was, a 1994 compact pick-up extended cab. They had just unloaded it off of the delivery truck and parked it in front of the office, they hadn't had a chance to take it to the detail bay yet. I asked the salesman about it and after a test drive I bought it. That was in Oct of 1993. After many years later of long drives, and hard work, I can say that I am glad that I made that purchase in ?93. The engine has never been broke into. Other than the clutch, battery, and alternator and tires that were changed everything else with the engine, transmission and differential including u-joints is original to the truck. Yes including the timing chain. I never would have guessed that I would get this kind of service or longevity from an automobile. I had heard stories about how good Toyotas were and that they lasted, but I never would have guessed this many miles and years without some kind of major repairs or overhauls. more

Put this ride on your Bucket List 7/14/2010

Over Thanksgiving, we traveled from Upstate NY to Georgia. Taking the slow, top of the mountain route. Our 2010 Prius was absolutely amazing. Using ""B"" for downhill and Power for the uphill, I couldn't have asked for any better performance. Put this ride on your Bucket List, especially at 47 MPGs loaded more

My Prius is the best 7/12/2010

I was hoping to see if others had mileage like I have, and am delighted to see someone with 285,000 on their 2003 Prius! I took mine in this morning for its 200,000 checkup, and am aiming for 400,000 at least. I do quite a bit of driving for work, back and forth in the NY thruway across upstate New York, plus a fair amount of driving back roads in our upstate wintery weather. I'm in a pretty rural area - about 15 miles to nearest town, and it's absolutely necessary to have a dependable car. My Prius has been the most dependable and comfortable car I've ever had - great get-up-and-go, even in my very hilly area. I had to repair the front bumper this year after a deer bounded across the road, but car looks great. I've got a few more years to retirement - should be at 300,000, at least, by then. more

I love my Tercel to Pieces! 7/6/2010

When I saw it at the car dealer, I knew it was for me because I always wanted to own a bright red car. Test-driving that Tercel on that bright, sunny Florida day, I had no idea the adventures that would lie ahead but was surprised immediately by its pick up. Fast forward to the year 2010 and at 163,000 miles and now living in the fast pace world of New Jersey, my little red Toyota Tercel is STILL growing strong and I just love it to pieces even though my mechanic may not because he STILL rarely sees that car except for routine maintenance. THANK YOU Toyota!!! more

To the end and back with my Toyota 7/6/2010

This is my third Toyota vehicle and every one of my cars were still going when I sold them AND they all had over 300k miles on them. I have taken my Toyota to the 4 corners of the United States and it never lets me down! When one owns a Toyota... it is because they have chosen dependability, character and style that will not let you down. Toyota owners are loyal to the Brand due to its PROVEN history of dependability. We drive a Toyota because we cannot afford for our vehicles to be in the shop all the time! more

Lack of customer service 4/21/2010

After I bought the vehicle they were done treating me nice. Had to fight with them over the key less entry and a key that wouldn't start my vehicle. The salesman I worked with didn't even acknowledge me when I went in to get a key programmed (finally got them to get me a 2nd key that would start the car. I will never go back there and will do my best to tell everybody I meet to avoid the place. more

no where else 2/17/2010

have done business with ' eddys ' for 20yrs and have always had great experiences; maybe I am the exception to the horror stories that others have given a review about their experiences ; but my name is not "" Pip "" and I do not have "" Great Expectations "" , therefore I am never dis-appointed ; need a loaner / no problem , make an appointment drop it off grab a loaner I 'm out of there. I have never had a problem with ' eddys ' as long as I have remained realistic with my expectations of sles or service , maybe because I dont ' expect ' the un-obtainable or more than I think I deserve........ Pros: everything Cons: the only one more

My service was good 1/11/2010

I read all the reviews online, and so I went with a ton of reading mat'l. Getting checked in was quick. I asked for a valet service to take me around town to do some errands, and they provided me with one. I was able to do a couple of errands with the driver waiting outside for me. I don't know if this is normal or not, my driver may have just been kind. As we were driving back 1h 24m later, the dealership called to say that the car was ready. It took me another half hour to get out of there b/c I requested that they printed me out the car's history of service at that dealership. All in all, I was happy with the service. I got a gentleman to drive me about town, finished my errands, got a free car wash, and let's not forget the Otis Spunkemeyer cookies in the lobby. The only thing I didn't like was that it took that long to get my car done. I had my other car's oil changed at Jiffy Lube, and they were done in 15 min...and I got a great deal on a transmission fluid change and rain-x wipers. As i recall: regular non-synthetic oil change 5w-20 with tax: $30.00. next non-synth oil upgrade w/o tax $60. synth: $90. Tire rotation: $30 Pros: Free car wash with oil change and tire rotation Cons: took 1.5 hrs more

Eddy's Toyota is a Terrible Toyota Dealership 8/12/2009

I'm a pretty unbiased fair guy, but I have to say, this is one of the shadiest dealerships I have ever seen. They deliver poor customer service in the sales department as well as the service department. Both departments have been deceitful on many occasions and after given them numerous attempts, I flat out refuse to give them anymore business. I go out of my way to travel to Hutchinson, KC, or Tulsa to buy my Toyotas. Trust me, it's very much worth the extra drive. Steer clear of Eddy's Toyota! more

Stay away from Eddy's....FAR AWAY! 2/14/2009

If you care about service after the sale, stay far away from this terrible hole. I called in and made an appointment for a simple oil change on our Toyota. I got there and waited over 30 min before they even started. Then they tried to charge me over $45 after I explained that my wife paid thousands for the extended warranty and service package. After basically calling me a liar and fighting with them he was like, "oh I missed a number, sorry". Over 90min for a scheduled oil change and an attempted rip-off! It was the worst service I ever experienced at an auto shop. STAY FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! more

Can't even fix problems right. DO NOT TRUST!!!!!!!! 4/17/2008

I saw the review about the mechanic with the number 31, I was ripped off by this guy too. I had my 1999 camry in and they told me that the problem was with a sensor on the exhaust. I had it fixed for almost $400. I had my paper work with me and had a problem in Kansas city where I go to shool. I took my car in and they told me that it was for the same problem as was listed on my ticket from Eddy's. They looked and found that the wrong sensor had been replaced. They told me that they could do the right one for about $310. They also told me that it might get better mileage since I do have almost 160,000, so I went ahead and got it repaired. I should have complained to Eddy's but I just let it go it's not worth it, I just told my family and friends and they aren't going to be using this dealer any more either. Cons: Found problem right, just can't fix it right. more

Service will rip you off!!!! 4/10/2008

I took my older camry in for service, the mechanic who's number is 31 according to my bill, told us that I needed over $1200 in work done for a leak. I don't have that kind of money to spend so I took it to a different shop to have a little bit of the work done. They told me that a $30 hose would fix my problem, of course I went with the hose and haven't had any problems since then. Pros: only toyoyta in town Cons: everything about this dealer more

Eddy's Toyota 2/24/2008

I have bought and serviced several vehicles over the years at Eddy's and have always had a great experience. Give them a try and do not listen to the bad attitudes of negative people. Find out for yourself. more

Horrible experience HORRIBLE 2/27/2007

Eddy's Toyota is a horrible place with horrible, sales people, sales managers and service managers. I bought a used car from them in Oct, the night i brought it home, the check engine light came on. It was all down hill from there. They said they fixed it, the next day it was on, they kept it for 3 more days, they had to take it to Davis Moore to have it fixed. IT never was RIGHT ever!!! I fought with them until Jan, they ruined my holidays, they rude to me at one point the sales person tried to tell me that it was the way I was driving the car that made it not work right. Well long nightmare short, I went to the head manager, asked him to buy my car back, he said yes he would, but it would be minus the sales tax and any finance charges and car payments and tax and title. So I had to end up paying them to buy it back. ITS a horrible place take the drive to Hutch or anywhere do not deal with them or there service dept. They are Terrible and part of the STEVEN family. STAY FAR AWAY more
