If you care about service after the sale, stay far away from this terrible hole. I called in and made an appointment for a simple oil change on our Toyota. I got there and waited over 30 min before they even started. Then they tried to charge me over $45 after I explained that my wife paid thousands for the extended warranty and service package. After basically calling me a liar and fighting with them he was like, "oh I missed a number, sorry". Over 90min for a scheduled oil change and an attempted rip-off! It was the worst service I ever experienced at an auto shop. STAY FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!
