Pat Starbuck demonstrated motivation and integrity in finding the vehicle that I wished to purchase. I did not have to endure the high-pressure negotiations that are often encountered when dealing on a car. We have dealt with Eddy's many times in the past and I believe that we have always been treated fairly. I found that to be true with both Pat, and Troy Wends in finance. We have received regular maintenance on the vehicles we have purchased there, and found the service department to be efficient, knowledgable and prompt. more

I recently purchased my second Camry from Eddy's Toyota! I love the Camry! It is a nice ride, and is also dependable and reliable, which is very, very important!! I dealt with Mark Smith on both purchases!! Mark listens to what the customer has to say and that is so important!! He is very personable, easy to talk to, and honest!!! I won't deal with anyone but, Mark!!! I owned my first Camry for eleven years, the dealership took very good care of me! I have had no problems with anyone at Eddy's, they have all been great!!! I enjoy and appreciate doing business with Eddy's!!! more

I feel that Mark Smith did a great job of explaining our new car to us and helping understand the workings of the automobile. We first met Mark via email and after some negotiation, we weree able to come to an agreeable price. We did feel that the Prius might have been priced a bit lower nationwide, so were disappointed we weren't able to get a better price, but were satisfied with the trade in price on our Matrix. The finance department was helpful and speedy and we appreciated that. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we love our new Prius! Thank you to Mark, again, for spending so much time with us after the sale just making us feel comfortable in our car. more

We returned to Eddys because of Herschel. He is a great person who cares about those he is dealing with. Great job Herschel! We have purchased 4 Toyotas from Eddys and Herschel sold us each on. He knows your cars! He shows buyers respect and honesty. We would purchase another vehicle from Eddys if Herschel is there. We have recommended Herschel to others looking to buy a Toyota. I went to Eddys Toyota looking for a good car; they helped me find a great car for a great price. They were not pushy when it came to buying a car and Liz was able to explain the pros and cons of other cars that I had in mind as well. She helped me find an excellent car that I have no complaints with. The Costumer service that I received was great the entire time that I was shopping for a car and I was there for what I consider a long time. I would recommend Eddys Toyota to anyone. more

I visited two dealerships the day I purchased my car. The other dealership was like the old way of cars sales that you spend a lot of time waiting and you get the feeling that you are not getting a good deal. It was the total opposite when I visited Eddies Toyota. The experience was warm and very friendly. I felt good about our purchase and the care to make sure all is going good after the sale. I dealt with two great sales associate’s that made the process wonderful. more

I purchased my last truck at Eddys and was very pleased with my overall experience.\r So when I wanted to trade for something new there was no question as to where I would go. I live in Colorado but that was not an issue. After being online and looking at what was available I received an email from the customer service rep and was soon in touch with Ryan Pate.\r He has excellent customer service qualities. He was prompt, informative and honest.\r As I told him, I hate car shopping but he made it so easy and pleasant!\r The finance man Troy was very nice and finished out our purchase with ease.\r I will return to Eddy's when I decide to purchase another new vehicle.\r And I LOVE my 2013 FJ Cruiser! more
