I read all the reviews online, and so I went with a ton of reading mat'l. Getting checked in was quick. I asked for a valet service to take me around town to do some errands, and they provided me with one. I was able to do a couple of errands with the driver waiting outside for me. I don't know if this is normal or not, my driver may have just been kind. As we were driving back 1h 24m later, the dealership called to say that the car was ready. It took me another half hour to get out of there b/c I requested that they printed me out the car's history of service at that dealership. All in all, I was happy with the service. I got a gentleman to drive me about town, finished my errands, got a free car wash, and let's not forget the Otis Spunkemeyer cookies in the lobby. The only thing I didn't like was that it took that long to get my car done. I had my other car's oil changed at Jiffy Lube, and they were done in 15 min...and I got a great deal on a transmission fluid change and rain-x wipers. As i recall: regular non-synthetic oil change 5w-20 with tax: $30.00. next non-synth oil upgrade w/o tax $60. synth: $90. Tire rotation: $30
