I'm a pretty unbiased fair guy, but I have to say, this is one of the shadiest dealerships I have ever seen. They deliver poor customer service in the sales department as well as the service department. Both departments have been deceitful on many occasions and after given them numerous attempts, I flat out refuse to give them anymore business. I go out of my way to travel to Hutchinson, KC, or Tulsa to buy my Toyotas. Trust me, it's very much worth the extra drive. Steer clear of Eddy's Toyota!
