have done business with ' eddys ' for 20yrs and have always had great experiences; maybe I am the exception to the horror stories that others have given a review about their experiences ; but my name is not "" Pip "" and I do not have "" Great Expectations "" , therefore I am never dis-appointed ; need a loaner / no problem , make an appointment drop it off grab a loaner I 'm out of there. I have never had a problem with ' eddys ' as long as I have remained realistic with my expectations of sles or service , maybe because I dont ' expect ' the un-obtainable or more than I think I deserve........
