Worst Place Ever: I took my 2006 Toyota Corolla to Eddy's Toyota last month for a recall fix. When I got my inspection sheet and saw the mechanic marked my brakes in yellow I was shocked. As my brother who is a mechanic & I just changed both front & back brakes. I didn't say anything to the dealership but when they asked for a survey to be completed I let them know how dishonest they are. This month I took my car in for an alignment, came back for my car after 2 hrs and asked if my car was ready. the sales guy sales yes and no! we didnt do your alignment because you need 4 new tires. He asked me to wait in the waiting rm while he wrote up the cost of 4 types of tires & my car was being washed. The sales man came back with his sheet and starts to go over it. On the list he said " you need a transmission fluid flush". I then told him "now I'm pissed", I just had this done! Who is the mechanic that worked on my car'? Also, now the check mark this month for my brakes are in green. I'm wa more

This was a great car purchasing experience. The atmosphere was relaxed but professional. The facility is spotless and comfortable. The service department is unbelievably neat and clean. The service rep (Maryann) was pleasant, helpful, respecful? she could not have been better. And my husband was very impressed with Reggie Winkles, the service director. more

When I first started to drive, I never thought that I would own a Toyota, or any import for that matter. As the years past and the gas prices kept rising, my older more sensible thinking kicked in. I had been commuting for sometime now and that was taking its toll on both my now classic car and my wallet. So I started looking around for an ""economy"" truck. I looked at all of what the big three had to offer. Nothing. So, I went to my Toyota dealer in town. Now after owning a full size 4-door pick-up, it was hard for me to down size. As I walked up to the office, there it was, a 1994 compact pick-up extended cab. They had just unloaded it off of the delivery truck and parked it in front of the office, they hadn't had a chance to take it to the detail bay yet. I asked the salesman about it and after a test drive I bought it. That was in Oct of 1993. After many years later of long drives, and hard work, I can say that I am glad that I made that purchase in ?93. The engine has never been broke into. Other than the clutch, battery, and alternator and tires that were changed everything else with the engine, transmission and differential including u-joints is original to the truck. Yes including the timing chain. I never would have guessed that I would get this kind of service or longevity from an automobile. I had heard stories about how good Toyotas were and that they lasted, but I never would have guessed this many miles and years without some kind of major repairs or overhauls. more

Over Thanksgiving, we traveled from Upstate NY to Georgia. Taking the slow, top of the mountain route. Our 2010 Prius was absolutely amazing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. 11/9/2010

WORST CAR DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER BEEN TO. Hands down, I have never been so angry with salesmanship in my entire life. I will be going to Hutchinson later this week to purchase my car from them instead. This dealership screwed us over after we came to them with concerns about wasting our time. We had purchased a car from the another Toyota dealership and realized at the end of the deal that the car had scratches on it that wouldn't come out with buffering. We came to Eddy's Toyota and told them we'd purchase a car that day with the same deal and everything. They got us to agree to a higher price. At the time, we didn't know it was a car with more options priced higher, but they made the deal any way. They shook our hands and 20 minutes later came back and told us that they could no longer do the deal because it was a different car. These people KNEW what they were selling us and gave us a price for it and we agreed to pay that price. And at last minute, they basically admitted to lying to more

They are more about money not customer service 9/30/2010

I have been to Eddys Toyota 3 times for an oil change. The first time they rotated my tires, cleaned my car and did an inspection. All for about $30. 2nd time it was about $45, no rotation or inspection. I thought that was odd. so i asked why. and they said that they never rotate tires or inspect for free. they told me i needed brakes, tires to be done. so the last time i went in i got brakes. i didnt go to the same service guy. then i had several service guys surrounding me going "that was my customer first" and told me they work on comission so i should have asked for the same one more
