I give Dugas Pest Control five stars. They come out when they're supposed to without any hassle, and are nice, friendly people. They do the job right in our office and the house. We haven't been with them for long, but we had hired them a while ago, and when we moved back into town we hired them again. Dugas Pest Control has a good name and it's great to do business with. Dugas Pest Control is a very rare find in today's busy world of auto answering, impersonal customer service, waiting on line for way too long to speak with a live representative. Dugas Pest Control is all about good old fashioned customer service. In addition to Dugas' excellent customer service, when you first meet a company representative you are quick to notice the punctuality of the representative as well as the professionalism. Dugas' representative really listens to the customer and then prepares a personalized service plan for resolving the customer's issue. After working with the company we had done business with for 15+ years and getting no resolution to the vermin in our attic, we heard Dugas' ad on the radio and contacted them late on a Friday afternoon. Shockingly, we received a return call that same day!! Dugas had a representative at our house the very next week. The representative truly listened to all of our concerns and prepared an excellent treatment plan for resolving the issue. From the office staff to the sales representative to the treatment personnel, there is ultimate professionalism, punctuality and true care in getting the job done. Simply AMAZING is not good enough to describe this company. Dugas Pest Control is an excellent company to work with. We will definitely refer our family and friends to this company. I have been using Dugas Pest Control for over five years and they are great. I started with them because they were contracted to my house I bought so I just decided to stick with them. They are always on time, I've never had any issues, and they are friendly. Most importantly, however, their product works. Their regular maintenance visits have kept me from ever having a pest problem. As far as their prices, they are very reasonable. I highly recommend them! more

Dugas Pest Control shows up on time, and they call in advance before they come. We have a lot of cockroaches out here in Baton Rouge, and they effectively get rid of them. They do their job, and I don't have to worry about another cockroach showing up, or them missing one. I am a pleased customer. more
