Timely, effective, professional and a good value

Worst

Got rid of a good bit of spiders but they are still getting the house even after I had the inside and outside sprayed. And my patio stays covered in them

From calling on the phone,(Nikki is always so helpful & pleasant), to using the Bait System (Debbie is great), to having the Rodent & Repair System (Chris, David, Pierre & Josh were very professional), we have been very pleased! We have been with Ted Tomeny & then Dugas bought his company, for 34 years & would not trust any other company! We appreciate Dugas! more

Their service is just the best I've had. 1/29/2016

I've used Dugas Pest Control once when they came and sprayed the area for some terminates that we had and I thought they were very courteous and they always answered the questions that I had, so I would say there were communicative. The price was also fine, actually, it was the best price that I found after I shopped around. Their service is just the best I've had. more

Problem solved. 1/22/2016

I was having a rodent problem in my attic. The exterminator I worked with was outstanding. He gave me his personal phone number, and when I called he came right away. He was easy to reach and very courteous. As a technician he was experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. He setup traps to exterminate the rodents, and within three or four days he completely eliminated the problem. To prevent any future issues he put screens on the gutters and the gables. I haven't had anymore rodent issues since. It was a wonderful experience. more

I have been using Dugas Pest Control for several months. I have hired them for quarterly pest control and termite prevention. Everything seems to be going smoothly, and so far it has been a good experience. Their prices are reasonable and seem about par with their competitors. Their technicians have been on time, friendly, and professional. They are easy to work with and I haven't had any issues. more

Good service. 12/30/2015

Dugas Pest Control has been good. I have been seeing them for an ongoing issue. They come for regular maintenance. I have definitely seen an improvement. Before I had been using a big name company and I still had a pest problem. Since I have made the switch to Dugas I don't. Their prices are good, and they are an easy company to work with. Their employees are professional and helpful, and they answer all of my questions. more

Most reliable, customer-focused pest control provider in Baton Rouge! 12/28/2015

I manage a large apartment community in Baton Rouge, and we have been using Dugas for over two months. Since they have taken control, we have hardly any repeat complaints on our pest issues. If someone does call back, the technicians are wonderful at providing further counsel on the treatment plan and fully eradicating the pests. more

My wife and I have been a loyal customer of Dugas Pest Control since 1972 or '73. Every pest or critter request for their service has been met in a very timely manner with 100% results. We are thoroughly satisfied with our association with this company. We have never had a thought of leaving Dugas at any time. more

Great service 12/5/2015

We had an infestation of wasps in our attic and since my son is allergic, it was terrifying! I called late afternoon when I got home and discovered them so when I called Dugas they couldn't get anyone to my house until first thing the next morning. The technician arrived early and resolved our problem immediately. She was very professional and personable. After the great service we signed up for full pest control. I highly recommend Dugas! more
