Timely, effective, professional and a good value

Got rid of a good bit of spiders but they are still getting the house even after I had the inside and outside sprayed. And my patio stays covered in them

Mole issue. Quarterly plan 11/8/2015

Quarterly plan. Our plan is in the end of each three months yet I receive a card for the first Friday of the three months which is less than three months. I called to change it to the beginning of the next month which seems to be how your system works and the employee said it could not be done. So I have to call each quarter to move the date back so it is three months apart? Mole removal. We had traps set one and a half years ago and boarded our dog at considerable expense and one mole was trapped. I was told by the owner they would come back at no charge when it was convenient. My dog died and I called to get the mole removal service. The owner said he would not honor the no charge but would take $100 off and charge$150. Pierre was very nice and placed a lot of traps which produced no moles. He came back and left bait. There is still one trap left in my backyard. What is the follow up to check and see if more bait is needed. I understand all the rain has been an issue. I do need ant control again as the cracks in my concrete tennis court and yard are over run with ants. more

I apologize to the rodents formerly living in my attic 9/23/2015

I'm not a squeamish person, but I am a busy person, so when I heard what sounded like a 4,000lb man scampering around in my attic, I called Dugas. Every single Dugas employee who entered my house, poked around in my attic, examined my roof, and hauled away decomposing rodent carcasses was completely professional. These people tolerated my endless stream of questions, patiently provided helpful information, and, best of all, eradicated the rodents from my home. Dugas accommodated me by scheduling appointments and trap checks during my lunch breaks, and in every instance made me feel as if they took kicking that pack of furry jerks out of my attic personally. My home is enclosed in a chain-linked fence. The inspector/agent went out of her way to inspect my home even though I was not able to be there. My realtor was there and informed me that the agent had taken the necessary steps to make sure she could do every thing possible without having to make another trip out to my home. I would recommend Dugas Pest Control to anyone whom is looking for a treatment plan or just having their home inspected. more

Selected a local pest control company, 8/22/2015

I called Dugas Pest Control to treat my pier and beam house. The technician was well prepared and very professional. I use them for my annual pest control inspections for the past 10 years and have been very satisfied. Before contracting with Dugas I received pricing from a couple of the national brand pest control companies and originally accepted the price quote from one of them. However, when I went to their local office to sign the contract they told me that the quote given to me by their sales rep the day before was incorrect. They wanted to increase the price! I refused to pay more than the original quoted price, they refused to honor their original quoted price and I walked out. more
